Trainer Profile – David Kaye

David Kaye is an ex-management consultant who has been writing and delivering training courses for over 20 years.

In addition to running a management consultancy his experience includes-

• 4 years working in the Local Land Charges and Planning Departments of one the country’s largest Authorities
• 9 years in the personal search industry including three years with a leading Search Agency and 6 years running his own search company – he has personally carried out over 20,000 searches in 120 different Local Authorities
• 3 years as senior mortgage advisor for a firm of well-known northern estate agents

In 2005 he founded The Association of Independent Personal Search Agents (the largest trade association for personal search agents in the country) and holds the lifetime position of Honorary Chairman.

He currently sits on 2 Government Working Parties and has a place on the Search Code Competency Working Group; an industry body set up to develop and implement competence and compliance standards within the search industry.
