A three-day workshop combining classroom training with telephone and email support. Aimed at new entrants to the industry the workshop has been designed to provide the knowledge and understanding necessary to carry out accurate and comprehensive personal searches and produce HIP compliant reports. In addition delegates will also gain an appreciation of the procedures and requirements necessary to operate as a personal search agency. 

The course is ideal for those who are intending to set up as a personal search agency as well as those wishing to carry out personal searches either on their own behalf or that of an employer.

A 3 day workshop covering the subject matter outlined above but delivered from a company perspective. Presentations and course literature can be branded and where required, training can include company procedures.

A 2 day workshop aimed at existing Search Organisations, Solicitors Practices and Home Information Pack Providers seeking to establish their own Search Team and who require external assistance with the training. The workshop covers the skills necessary to carry out competent searches but leaves training on reporting and company procedures to the client. Presentations and course literature can be branded.

An intensive one-day advanced workshop, aimed at those individuals who already have experience of the search process and who now wish to expand their knowledge through greater understanding of the information available and the procedures involved.

This workshop is an ideal follow up to ‘Becoming a Personal Search Agent’

- Understanding the Personal Search Process

A one-day workshop aimed at those individuals and organisations such as Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Home Information Pack Providers who buy in personal searches.

The workshop has been specifically designed to provide those involved in the purchasing of searches with a greater understanding of the personal search process, how the information contained in the report is obtained and what constitutes a HIP compliant report.

Delegates should leave the workshop with a much clearer understanding of the procedures involved and be able to identify both competent and defective searches, thus enabling them to make more informed choices regarding search providers.
